Many thanks to all of our neighbors who came to the largest ever Kentmorr Airpark Picnic on September 29. Every year the residents of Kentmorr Airpark welcome their neighbors from the Kentmorr Community, Claiborne Landing, and Long Creek Farm to a picnic on the airstrip. When the weather cooperates, we offer plane rides to our guests so that they can experience this beautiful area from the sky. Unfortunately, this year we had strong winds all day and were unable to fly. In fact, we couldn't even open the hangar doors without plates of food flying around! We sincerely hope that we'll be able to offer rides next year.
